This test is not diagnostic. Instead, it highlights how genetics influence focus, sleep, mood, appetite and response to medications. By combining these insights with nutrition and lifestyle strategies, practitioners can move beyond one-size-fits-all care and help clients understand the “why” behind their symptoms.

What the test includes

• Neurotransmitter pathways – genes linked to dopamine, norepinephrine, serotonin and GABA that influence attention, motivation, impulsivity and emotional regulation
• Sleep and circadian rhythm genes – variants that may explain difficulties with falling asleep, staying asleep, or maintaining daily energy balance
• Nutrients and minerals – SNPs affecting absorption and utilisation of zinc, iron, magnesium, vitamin D and others that are critical for focus, mood and sleep
• Appetite and weight regulation – genes such as FTO and LEPR that affect satiety, cravings, and portion control
