So Nutrition Academy welcomes referrals from GPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, paediatricians, and other healthcare professionals seeking specialist input on eating behaviour, appetite, and nutritional concerns in children, adolescents or adults who are neurodivergent.

This may include people with a diagnosis or traits of:

  • ADHD
  • Autism or AuDHD
  • ARFID
  • Emotional or binge eating
  • Sensory-based eating difficulties

A neuro-affirming and evidence-based practice

Referrals are received by our Academy team of practitioners, led by Sarah Osborne, a BANT-registered and CNHC-registered Nutritional Therapist, Advanced ADHD Coach, emotional eating specialist and nutrigenomics practitioner.

We provide neurodivergent-affirming support with a strong evidence base and personalised approach.

Please note: we are not a crisis service. If the client is at risk due to an acute eating disorder, or there are urgent safeguarding or mental health concerns, please follow your local referral protocol or contact emergency services.

This service is appropriate for clients who are medically stable but require input on the behavioural, nutritional and sensory aspects of eating.
